Q: How should I use VitaBlume™ blends?


A: Each VitaBlume™ blend is crafted to support a specific function — focus, glow, balance, or vitality. For best results, enjoy one sachet daily as part of your morning or mid-day ritual. Our blends pair well with smoothies, teas, or warm nut milks.

They are designed to complement a balanced lifestyle, not replace meals or medical treatments. As with all wellness products, listen to your body, adjust as needed, and consult your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.


Q: Are your products organic and vegan?


A: We source from trusted, high-integrity suppliers who provide third-party testing (COAs) for identity, purity, and quality. While our products are not USDA-certified organic, many of our ingredients are organically grown or wildcrafted and always free of fillers, gluten, and animal products. 


Q: Can I take more than one blend per day?


A: No. We recommend enjoying only one blend per day. Each VitaBlume™ blend is uniquely formulated with a specific set of botanicals and adaptogens, and taking more than one in a day may result in unnecessary overlap.

That said, many people like to alternate blends — either weekly or every other day — to experience the different benefits across our Cognitive Bloom, Inner Radiance, Primal Essence, and Luna Flow formulas.



Q: Can I take your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?


A: We do not recommend using VitaBlume™ blends during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without first consulting your healthcare provider. Some herbs and adaptogens may not be suitable during this time, and your provider can give guidance tailored to your individual needs.
